Shannon hates our provider, but when I was moved out last year, I signed a three year contract and I was not paying it out (over $700). So we transferred it here. She likes their internet service, just not the TV. So I was talking to "Bob", then "Emily", then Ravi. SAME thing, you have to reset, (did that already), but you have to jump through their script to get to the next level of service.
