Homemade Creamer for Coffee

Admittedly I'm not a 'coffee creamer' kind of girl.  I like my coffee hot, strong and black.  When I say 'hot' I mean hot.  190-200 degrees is about right.  No sweetener, no cream.  However, in iced coffee or if it's a freezing cold day and there is fluffy snow falling outside my window, I do enjoy a flavored coffee, complete with creamer to sweeten it just a bit and bring out the flavor.  Here is a non-sugar version that uses a Stevia based sweetener.

Homemade Creamer for Coffee

1 can evaporated milk
1 ½ c milk of your choice
3 T Stevia (powdered version)
1 T vanilla extract

Whisk ingredients together in a bowl.  Pour into an air-tight container like a mason jar. Use up within the date of your milk best-by date.
