Mailing address for the Postmaster General, Board of Governors, and Consumer Advocate

It's Monday evening.  I hadn't received any text updates on our Priority Mail, sent "Certified Mail" documents all day... even though they are supposed to be in transit and usually you get an update every time they are scanned.

Unfortunately, my stomach had that 'rock in it' feel when I logged in to the tracking online and I see the only update for our 2nd attempt to send documents looks almost exactly like the last and ONLY update we had on the FIRST ATTEMPT to mail the documents through the USPS.

That first envelope of documents went 'POOF' upon leaving our local facility on November 25th.

And even now, if you look up the tracking number, you'll see it's 'STILL' slated to arrive November 29th.....   (today is December 7th by the way) - but as far as I know it never made it anywhere past our local post office parking lot.  The last scan was that it left the facility.

And now the last scan for 24 hours is also that same one; that it left the facility.

Are the workers so 'busy' that delivering certified mail with a return receipt is too much work so they just throw them away??????????

These are peoples LIVES.  Some people with documents that went 'poof' are sending official court documents!  Some are for buying a home, moving across the country, getting medical help for their dying children, dealing with divorces and child custody issues, last will and testaments... but the post office doesn't want to be bothered so they just toss them?  KNOWING THERE IS NO REPERCUSSION?  Seriously.  It goes poof and the post office DOES NOTHING.  They offer you a refund for the cost of the 'extra services' you paid for like certified mail cost (about $3 and another $3-4 for return receipt.)

They can seriously ruin and screw up peoples lives and not have to answer to it and get away with a lousy $8 refund?????

The addresses below have no phone numbers and email addresses that we can supply.
