A Kansas family is planning on filing a lawsuit after a relative died of an allergic reaction to a COVID-19 vaccination last year.  (Sources are all over the news but here is one:  link)

The thing is...  who do they think they are going to sue?  You can't sue the big Pharma companies.  They aren't held liable for any of the vaccines they make; no matter what they are.  You also can't sue your doctor, the government or any of their agencies like the FDA.  So again... who does this family plan to sue?

The federal government has granted companies like Pfizer and Moderna immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines.

Pharmaceutical companies aren’t liable under the law.  You also can’t sue the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)  for authorizing a vaccine for emergency use, nor can you hold your employer accountable if they mandate inoculation as a condition of employment.
