Many of us have said from the start we do not want DEI... we want the most qualified pilots. NOT hiring to fill preset ratios.
Just for... 'fun' try looking at the main stream media pages today and counting how many stories are spoon fed you in a negative way - or cut or taken out of context to only give you a negative spin. All the big alphabet news stations. Try it. Now look the same story up from an unbiased news source. Are you awake yet?
