Tlaleng Mofokeng, the disgraced UN special rapporteur on health who ends her term in August, has been announced as Johannesburg mayoral candidate for the EFF, the radical communist party led by Julius Malema, who leads chants calling to kill white farmers and was recently sentenced to five years in prison on gun charges.
By Mofokeng engaging in partisan politics while still UN rapporteur—and joining the party of a convicted criminal—she materially breached the UN Code of Conduct. To quote South Africa’s Health Professions Council, she “brings the medical profession of South Africa into disrepute.”
UN Watch is calling on the United Nations to:
1. Strongly denounce Mofokeng’s conduct in accepting a partisan political candidacy while still serving as a UN Special Rapporteur.
2. Confirm that the social media posts at issue were not made in the performance of her official functions — and are therefore not protected by UN functional immunity.
Scott Galloway is a left wing political commentator and professor at NYU. He hates President Trump and has never heard a far left policy he didn’t like.
But now he is complaining that he has been hit with Zohran Mamdani’s new pied-à-terre tax, which hits New Yorkers who own a valuable second home.
Galloway is complaining that he has been ‘doxed’ because his name appears in the Mamdani administration’s searchable database for these properties.
Moderna
bought a golden ticket to skip the FDA line. It’s called a Priority

The people 75 and up — the ones flu actually kills — were 12% of the study. In that group, FDA’s own document says the numbers were too shaky to show it helped them at all.
Their cash: $9.5 billion. Then $8.1 billion. Then $7.5 billion.
